Network"Dee being an avid speaker became a seminar leader
and lecturer for the (BMA) Black Music Association. During her
tenure as a lecturer she also held the position of National
Marketing Director for TEC Records & W.M.O.T. Records which
produced solid platinum and gold hits on Fat Larry's Band,
Frankie Smith, Blue Magic, Instant Funk and Brandi Wells.
Dee, a former faculty member at Temple University, developed
the curriculum "Business Preparation In The Arts" course which
she taught for six years. She is also a former faculty member
from the Art institute of Philadelphia where she taught for 12
years in the areas of music business and multimedia arts.

Dee is the administrator and faculty member of the Dell East
Music Business Institute (DEMBI). She launched her own
independent label, Visions East producing four successful
musical projects; "Change", a contemporary gospel CD, "QTM",
a progressive house salsa lounge CD, The Mystical Waters
Project also by "QTM" and "Red Bone", a deep mystical house
CD. In 2006 Dee became the VP of Marketing for BEMA (The
Black Entertainment & Music Association). As part of the
Executive Committee she helped to co-produce the annual
"Unsung Heroes Awards". Dee is now working as an
International Branding Analyst, Entertainment Business &
Financial Coach. Dee is also the executive producer of the RRC
Cafe Lounge TV Show & In The Pocket TV Show.
